Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rich India.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge reading and understanding these Terms.
Additional terms may apply to specific services or features.
If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent authorization to bind them.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old or the age of majority
Provide complete, current, and accurate registration details.
Maintain and promptly update your account information.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Data Entry Rules

Submit accurate, truthful, and complete data.
Ensure all submitted data complies with applicable laws.
Do not submit duplicate, misleading, or fabricated entries.
Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered.
Fraudulent entries may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
Rich India reserves the unconditional right to reject or remove submissions.
You retain ownership of original content but grant us a license to use submitted data.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Submit illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing content.
Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software.
Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Engage in data mining, scraping, or unauthorized collection.
Circumvent security measures or access restricted areas.
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Interfere with or disrupt service operations.
Violate intellectual property rights of Rich India or third parties.

5. Payments and Compensation

All compensation terms are specified in separate agreements or project terms.
Earnings are subject to verification and quality review processes.
Payment thresholds, methods, and schedules are at our discretion.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
Fraudulent activity may result in withheld payments and account suspension.
Disputes regarding payments must be submitted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify compensation structures with prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
You consent to data processing as described in our policies.
Certain data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
International users acknowledge data may be transferred globally.

7. Account Termination

Rich India may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations.
Termination may occur without prior notice for severe violations.
You may terminate your account by following our procedures.
Termination doesn't relieve obligations incurred prior.
We may retain certain data post-termination as permitted by law.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, Rich India is not liable for:

Technical failures, data losses, or service interruptions.
Third-party claims arising from Service use.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Unauthorized access or alterations of transmissions/data.
Content or conduct of third parties.
Your reliance on Service content or functionality.

Any delays in payments, withdrawals, or processing of funds the developer is not responsible for that

Consequences arising from actions or omissions of the platform owner/administrator
Any technical failures in banking systems or payment gateways

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Rich India.
Trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not remove or alter proprietary notices.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be notified through the Service or email.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.
If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the Developer shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in processing payments, withdrawals, or any financial losses incurred by users arising from actions/omissions of the platform owner, under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
Developer Protection: The developers function solely as technical service providers and shall not bear any liability for operational or financial aspects of the platform, as protected under Indian intermediary guidelines (IT Act, 2000 Section 79).

Developer Non-Liability: Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the platform developers shall not be held liable for:
- Any delays or failures in payment processing or withdrawals
- Financial losses caused by actions/inactions of platform owners
- Technical issues in third-party payment gateways or banking systems
- Content accuracy or decisions made by platform administration

12. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
Our failure to enforce rights doesn't constitute a waiver.
You may not assign rights without our written consent.
No third-party beneficiaries are created by these Terms.
